As a graphic resource website, I often feel very upset by seeing people abusing the graphics I spent hours on, such as stealing my work/claiming my graphics to be their own. I have seen people using my pre-made layouts and pretend that they coded everything, taking away graphics and putting it as free stuff on their own website. I regret to have to include this page, but please do follow these very simple terms. If you do not abide by the terms, then I would appreciate it if you leave the site. I would also like to remind you that it is illegal to steal any creative artwork or plagirize any written work i.e. tutorials.

Some stuff here are non-linkware i.e. they are for you to use without having to link me back. These graphics include: avatars only. However, please note that being non-linkware does not mean that they are made by you. All graphics on this website are made by me, and only me. I created them for your benefit, and I took a lot of time creating them, so please don't claim them to be your own.

1. Please give credit to every single web-layout, banner, sign, or Photoshop brush when you use them on your website/graphic. It's not a difficult task to include my link on your credits page.

2. I have on purposely not included any text on some of the graphics I offer. This is being very generous as I am giving you space to customize them, but I regret doing so every time I see somebody placing a text on it and claiming it to be theirs. So please remember to give me a proper credit and don't make me regret!

3. Also, I sometimes don't include any reference to my website on the graphics I do (apart from wallpapers) i.e. I don't put "Layout designed by Faded-Chimera.Net" on the website layouts. In these situations, all I want you to do is to include a tiny text link at the bottom of the whole template. I would appreciate it if you would leave the text there.

4. Finally - no hot-linking please. Upload the images onto your own server. If you can't find a decent server. You can apply on this page and I'll host you. But just let me know.
